I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
After struggling through multiple chronic health issues in my twenties that took a serious toll on me physically and mentally, I realized I had to truly understand the body to help myself heal. That hardship drove me to prioritize learning how to maintain and sustain a healthy life.
I understand how frustrating it can be to sift through endless workout routines and meal ideas on social media, feeling overwhelmed when creating a cohesive plan. Life’s daily demands can drain your motivation, but I’m here to simplify the process. By staying up-to-date with the latest trends and cutting through the noise, I provide a clear, organized system tailored to your unique lifestyle.
I currently live in Nashville TN with my wife, Palmer, and our dog, Jack. I love playing pickleball, going on walks, traveling, grilling, learning new things. And yes, I have a weakness for cinnamon rolls—they’re my favorite treat!
